The QK1325 Big Bore Metal Lathe Pipe Threading is a large-bore horizontal metal lathe designed for turning and threading various pipe fittings. It is suitable for batch precision cutting of large-diameter pipes in industries such as petroleum and chemical engineering.
Features
Large-Diameter Spindle
The spindle has a through-hole diameter of 255mm and can process pipes ranging from 70–250mm in diameter, meeting the common large-diameter thread turning requirements of the oil and gas industry.
High-Power Spindle Motor
Equipped with an 11kW spindle motor and a two-speed continuously variable speed system, it meets the load requirements of heavy-duty cutting of thick-walled pipes.
Wide Bed Structure
The bed width reaches 600/650mm. Made of high-strength cast iron and aged, it enhances vibration resistance and controls accuracy fluctuations during long-term machining.
Feed System Guarantee
The X/Z axes have a minimum setting increment of 0.001mm, positioning accuracy of 0.02mm, and repeatability of 0.01mm. The ball screw and servo drive structure ensure consistent thread dimensions.
Large Chuck
The standard K11-500 three-jaw chuck offers a wide clamping range and high clamping force, making it suitable for high-intensity and stable machining of hollow, large-diameter workpieces.
