The CDK6150 with 140mm Spindle CNC Machine is a horizontal CNC lathe with a 140mm spindle bore. It is suitable for automated turning of medium to large diameter workpieces, primarily for machining metal parts such as shafts and discs.

This series lathe can choose many kinds of control system to accomplish automatic turning work, such as turning of the inner bore, end face, cylindrical surface, conical surface, curve surface, groove, metric thread, inch thread and taper thread of workpieces. It is especailly good at turning all kinds of inner thread and out thread of pipes.

Equipped with a 7.5kW spindle motor and stepless speed regulation from 70–800 rpm, it enables continuous machining under moderate cutting intensities with stable power output.
Reliable Precision Control
X/Z-axis positioning accuracies of 0.02mm and 0.01mm, respectively, are combined with linear guides and a servo drive system to ensure consistent workpiece dimensions.
Tailstock Supports Long Workpiece Machining
Equipped with a Morse No. 5 tapered tailstock with 200mm travel, it provides enhanced support for long workpieces and reduces tailstock deformation.
High Rapid Traverse
X/Z-axis rapid traverse speeds of 4000mm/min and 5000mm/min, respectively, reduce non-cutting time and improve cycle time.
